Visitor SMS Privacy Policy

F.H. Stoltze Land & Lumber Co. uses an optional SMS messaging program as part of its visitor management system. This policy explains how information associated with the visitor SMS program is collected and used.

When you use the visitor management system, we may collect your name, company name, mobile phone number, visit information, check-in and check-out information, safety briefing status, and your consent or opt-out status for SMS messaging.

If you provide consent to receive SMS messages, your mobile phone number may be used to send operational text messages related to your visit, including check-in, check-out, visit status, and onsite safety or emergency communications.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in information and consent are used only for the visitor messaging program described in this policy and are not transferred or sold to other organizations for their own messaging or marketing purposes.
SMS Messages
Message frequency varies depending on your visitor activity and may include messages related to check-in, check-out, visit status, safety, or emergency communications.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to visit F.H. Stoltze Land & Lumber Co. Visitors who do not consent to SMS messaging may check in and check out through the office.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from the visitor management system.
After opting out, you will no longer receive visitor management SMS messages and will need to use the office process for visitor check-in and check-out.
